Since then it has been and is still one of the premier suppliers of Wine and Beer fermenting needs in Arizona. Just that you are reading this tells me you are interested in or already practice the age old art of natural fermentation. From beer, wine, mead, ciders, and sakes, the art of fermenting is a never ending hobby.

We strive to supply the highest quality and freshest ingredients while maintaining a large variety of inventory. Our Tempe store consists of 1300 sq. feet of retail space as well as 1300 sq. feet of warehouse space. Our Tucson location is 2000 sq. feet. We are the largest home fermentable supply house in the state. Our full service retail stores are located in Tempe and Tucson Arizona. Our store is open 7 days a week to fulfill your home fermenting needs. We also provide On line ordering in cooperation with Pay Pal, safe and secure web ordering.

Our bulk malt extract is exclusive Breiss, and we have a wide selection of malted barley grains available.
