One is to call us at the numbers listed above. We will gladly make the gift certificate in any amount you wish to send. We will add any special message you wish to include and mail it out. For an addition $5.00, we will send it priority mail with delivery confirmation. |

You can also purchase via Pay pal. In the "special instructions" box, you will need to provide the receivers name, any message you would like to add, and where you would like it sent.
