Aside from the Equipment in this kit YOU WILL NEED: |

| A good Stainless or Enamel Pot in which to prepare your wort | |||
| in. Your pot should have at least a 4 gallon capacity. Of course, | |||
| bottles. We recommend drinking beer in reusable bottles such | |||
| as Sam Adams, Fat Tire, Pacifico, and so on. Most of our local | |||
| Breweries sell their beer in reusable bottles. You must also have | |||
| an interest in the art of natural fermentation. Be sure to follow |
|||
| a few simple rules such as sanitation and fermentation | |||
| temperature, and of course have fun! |
