  INSTRUCTIONS:  
  Put Grains in grain bag or muslin bag. Put 1.5 gallons of water along with
Brew Saltz in brew pot and heat to 160*F. Turn off heat and add grain bag.
(Do not add grains to water above 165*F.) Let temperature rest down to
152*F. and hold at 152*F for 25 minutes stirring grain bag gently from time to time. Leave pot uncovered during this time. Then remove grain bag and let drain. Do Not Squeeze grain Bag! Rinse grains by slowly pouring 1 cup of HOT tap water over top of grain bag. Discard grains. Add Malt extract Tapioca Rice extract and bring to boil. Make note of the time in which your boil starts, add 1/2 oz the of Glacier hops. Make sure your boil is a calm boil. Do not boil too hard. Boil 55 minutes and add 1 tsp Irish moss, along with the remaining 1/2 oz of Glacier Hops. Boil for another 2-3 minutes. Turn off heat, mix with 3.5 gallons of real cold water in your fermenter to make 5 gallons. Cool wort to 80 degrees or colder and pitch yeast. Ferment 7-10 days at 68*F - 72*F. You can also go from primary to secondary around day 5 and leave in secondary 7 days) or until the final gravity stays the same for 2 days. About 1.010-1.008. At bottling time, heat 1 cup water and 3/4 cup dextrose in microwave for 2 minutes. Add to beer and mix gently but thoroughly. Bottle and let condition in bottles for 10 - 14 days. Enjoy!
