70001 Safale K-97 - 11.5 g - (Product data sheet)    
  A German ale yeast selected for its ability to form a large firm head when fermenting. Suitable to brew ales with low esters and can be used for Belgian type wheat beers. Its lower attenuation profile makes for beers with a good mouthfeel. This ale yeast works at a wide temperature range between 12-25°C (53.6-77°F) but ideally between 15-20°C (59-68°F). Highly flocculant.
BRE33 Safbrew S-33 - 11.5 g (Product data sheet)    
  A general purpose, widely used ale yeast with low sedimentation properties. This strain is extremely consistent, with excellent wort attenuation and a superb flavor profile. It is often used for the production of special top fermented beers like Belgian wheat beers and Trappist ales.
